Class Levels

Level 1 - Perfect for brand-new beginners to yoga and those wanting more verbal instruction, lots of modifications will be offerred from the instructor for those that have not exercised recently.
Level 2 - This class is for those familiar with basic yoga postures , it is also suitable for those new to yoga who exercise regularly. Plenty of verbal instruction from the teachers. You will sweat and smile.
Level 3 - More advanced yoga postures, inversions, less modifications offered by the instructors. This is a challenging class where you will sweat (and smile).

Weather Cancellations

If Loudoun County Public Schools are closed, day classes will be cancelled. Evening classes will be held as scheduled unless we notify you otherwise via Facebook or email.
