Alexa Landry joined Yoga Time studio in 2021 after moving from Reston to Hillsboro and quickly fell in love with the classes and the community. Yoga Time has helped her find relief from her corporate “stress injuries” that kept creeping up, leaving her in debilitating pain. Once she truly committed to attending at least 2 classes a week, she found her body was more energized, her mental and physical signs of stress decreased, and she was happier overall. It became clear to Alexa that prioritizing health and fitness was no longer a luxury but a need. That is what led her to pursue teaching. As a trainer and facilitator for a local tech company, she felt fitness training was a good fit, especially because she is passionate about what she is teaching!
