Katy Reed - yoga instructor

Katy Reed began practicing yoga over 20 years ago as a mechanism to work out, build strength and realize more flexibility. Over the years, yoga served as more than an exercise routine – but as a pathway for stress management, self-care, reflection, and a way to provide peace and ease for a restless mind.  

Katy completed her 200 hour YTT at Yoga Time Studio in 2022. Her desire is to make yoga accessible to everyone, and to share the joy that it can bring to as many lives as possible.
