Hi everyone, I’m from Mexico and I come to the USA for a while to share my classes. Since I was little I have liked physical activity, I did ballet, jazz, gymnastics. I studied modern dance in Mexico, at the university I had Yoga as my subject, from that moment I found a taste for the combination of movements with breathing. Later I took Ashtanga and Kundalini classes, and there I understood that it is more than just a question of movements and breathing, but that it is also an ideology, a lifestyle, to improve the individual in all aspects, physical, emotional, energetic and psychological. In 2022, I completed 2 yoga certifications, vinyasa and ashtanga with 200 hours each.
