Maribeth Cronin / Yoga Teacher

As a nursing student in college, Maribeth took her first aerobics class and discovered how much she enjoyed group fitness classes.  She then earned her group fitness certification through AFAA  and began teaching aerobics in college and at a local YMCA.  After having a family and a career as an intensive care nurse, Maribeth took her first vinyasa yoga class with Mindy Beach in 2007 and found a new passion.  She took classes for 10 years before realizing it was time to deepen her knowledge and love of yoga and in 2017 completed her 200hr YTT through Feeling Fine Yoga School, led by Rachel Perez and Alexandra Patton.

Maribeth enjoys teaching gentle and vinyasa yoga practices as well as senior and chair yoga, that are light, creative and energetic and that encourages students to find a confidence and contentment within themselves, regardless of experience.  She strongly believes that yoga is a uniquely scalable and accessible instrument to improve the quality of life, fitness and flexibility of those less mobile.  In addition to teaching yoga, Maribeth has been teaching barre classes since 2014.  She enjoys the fast pace, low impact, strength training that a barre class offers.  Regardless if she is teaching yoga or barre, Maribeth always strives to make her students feel warm, welcomed and fulfilled at the end of a class.
