Stephanie Perhach

Stephanie stepped into her first yoga class in 2009. She was initially drawn to the physical practice, learning to build strength and gain flexibility in postures. As her practice became more regular, she began to recognize a difference in her mind and body after class. Breathing became such an important part of the practice, and she would often leave class with a clear mind. Over the years, she has practiced with many inspiring teachers and students through a variety of styles, classes, workshops and retreats. In 2021, Stephanie earned her RYT-200 hour certification with Marcia Hoffheins, finding the creativity in sequencing to be a joyful process. Stephanie loves learning, and continues to further her education with every opportunity that arises. She hopes to share her love and knowledge of yoga with others so that they may find balance, breath and contentment in life.
