Suzanne has been an exercise enthusiast (addict? ?) her whole life. From swimming to running to weight training to mini triathlons to more recently yoga and barre, exercise has always been her favorite form of physical and mental self-care. She loves to be active every day, and if she can break a sweat in the sunshine, even better. She is thrilled to join Yoga Time to share the exercises and programming she’s learned through years of group fitness. Her classes are fast-paced, body- and light-weight sculpting set to upbeat music.
