Tim Hutchinson

Tim was first introduced to Yoga in his twenties going to the occasional class and reading about the practice and philosophy from various sources. This brief introduction stuck with him.
In 2008, he, encouraged by his wife, walked into the original Flow Yoga studio on Plaza Street wearing Jeans and a T-shirt to begin again. That was it, he was hooked, walking out of that class, sweaty and tired but wanting more, being led mostly in a Baptiste style with various other disciplines thrown in, he decided to register for a 200 hour Prana Flow training led Maria Garre. He took another 200 hour led by Marcia Hoffeins and Julia Kalish. Over the years he has taken workshops in order to find what combination worked for him.
Tim began teaching in 2011, he also has led several retreats to Costa Rica, a country he has a great passion for.
He is dedicated to the idea that yoga has something to offer everyone and works in class to promote that idea.
“The practice of Yoga is to promote the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind”
