Wendy Lin

Wendy dabbled in yoga for several years off and on until during the pandemic, when she then decided to make it a more regular practice. Wendy noticed how the unity of breath, body movement and mind helped relieve stress and anxiety to be replaced with calm and peace. She has been practicing regularly ever since and in February of 2024, she began a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Hatha Vinyasa Training with Marcia Hoffheins. Wendy is eager to share what she has learned during her training in order to bring peace, love and tranquility to those whom she is privileged to guide through practices. Wendy Is excited to continue her education and learns new things every time she is on the mat. She hopes you will join her on this beautiful journey of Yoga!

When Wendy is not on the mat, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and is an avid dog lover!
