Ashley is a current E-RYT 200 Yoga and Barre instructor working towards earning her Yoga Therapist certification. She has practiced many styles of yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Chair, Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Kids Yoga.
Ashley teaches to all age groups and yoga levels. She really enjoys working with children teaching “animal yoga” poses as well as adults looking to stregthen their practice. She brings a unique style to her Barre classes that is both beginner friendly and a great challenge to seasoned students.
Ashley practices as a Guardian Ad Litem Attorney representing children in abuse situations and adoptions. During this practice, she repeatedly observes the benefit of breathing techniques and meditation or “quiet time” for children and adults working through difficult situations. She has continually returned to the teachings of yoga and meditation over her last 20 years of practice in order to help others physically, mentally, and emotionally.
