Cal began teaching barre in 2017 after discovering the workout in 2015 while living in Boston. She found barre as a healthy outlet to reduce stress and to challenge herself physically and mentally. Cal quickly discovered that being a part of a barre community is so much more than the workout itself – it is a space to make long-lasting and meaningful connections and friendships with people from all walks of life. Cal’s classes are fun and motivational with a strong focus on form and body alignment. She encourages her students to challenge themselves and dig deep within each class to find their mind-body connection and walk out of each class feeling strong, confident, and empowered.
