I started yoga in college after a particularly stressful time & I absolutely fell in love. The 60 minutes gave me clarity and a break from my own thoughts and stresses. Fast forward, I am now sharing my passion for yoga with others. I operate under the belief that there is a type and style of yoga for everyone.
