Kelli Audibert discovered yoga in college and felt an instant connection with her heart and body opening. Through over 20 years of personal study, Kelli explored numerous styles of yoga and worked with master teachers such as Shiva Rea, Maria Garre, Andrey Lappa, Shannon Paige, Baron Baptiste, Kimberly Wilson, and Michael Gannon. Kelli teaches in the vinyasa flow tradition and she infuses multiple approaches and perspectives to create a unique and holistic experience, encouraging creativity, exploration and release. Kelli’s philosophy of teaching is to help each student to find their own personal and unique connection with yoga through practice, philosophy and inquiry, to discover laughter, joy, comfort and ease.
Kelli is certified as an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, having obtained her 200 and 500 hour certification under the mentorship of Maria Garre through Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa Flow teacher training program in 2007 and 2015 respectively. She has also studied Ayurveda with Maria Garre, incorporating the sister science of life to living in harmony and balance in complement with her yoga teachings. She leads inspiring classes, workshops and yoga teacher trainings, teaching a deep understanding of yoga lineage, philosophy and asana practice to support and enhance the mind, body and spirit connection.
